Niños De Baja is a para-church organization that cares and provides for orphans in El Porvenir, Mexico. Discovery’s role is caring for and assisting Niños De Baja. We generally take four trips a year to El Porvenir, Mexico to do work projects and connect with local citizens. Some typical work projects would be fixing toilets, painting, and general repairs. The different work projects in the past have included participating in building the daycare, the orphanage, as well as repairing roofs. 

One of the best things we do is connect with a local family of a single mother and her three children. It was under extraordinary circumstances we met this young mother, Elisa, her daughter Lizeth, her older son, Alan, and her youngest son, Jonathan.  We have unofficially adopted their family as part of our missionary work.
