Reading, watching movies, putting together jigsaw puzzles, watching plays and other live theater, bowling, and spending time with my family.

Favorite Bible verse and why? 
Matthew 5:44-45 "But I say:  Love your enemies!  Pray for those who persecute you!  In that way you will be acting as true sons of your Father in heaven."  This is one of my favorite Bible verses because it constantly reminds me not to seek revenge when someone "does me wrong."  I try to say a prayer for those who are my "enemies."

What do you like about Tuesday nights?
I love catching up with the students, finding out what is going on with their lives, and challenging them to think beyond themselves.  I love seeing what God does in their lives. 

When did you become a Christian?
I became a Christian when I was 9 years old (1987).

When did you become a youth group leader? 

I became a youth group leader the summer of 2002.

What is something you wish you knew when you were in high school?
When I was in high school, I knew EVERYTHING.  No, really, I wish I had known working seven days a week (school Monday through Friday and a job Saturday and Sunday) will leave a person exhausted.  Even GOD rested!
